What was the name of the Cajun/TexMex Fusion Restaurant located were Velocity 5 in Centreville is now?

I think it was the first place in there before Austin Grill

Correct. It was originally called "Catbo" roughly 2004-2005. Then under new management was "Border Cafe" roughly 2006-2007. Then out of business altogether. It was pretty decent cajun/tex-mex and very reasonable prices. Was sorry to see them go.
