the question cannot be answered

#1 "felony or virginia" makes no sense

#2 it depends what the probation is monitoring, probation is not a cookie cutter penalty it is a tool for monitoring - in situations which may or may NOT be criminal or misdemeanor

a) call ahead don't just "skip"

b) if you "miss an apt." you'd better be on the phone with them shortly before - certainly do not wait till after to speak to them about it
