Breezeway, Anchorage & Paul 6 Going Under??

So I recently heard the Breezeway, Anchorage & Paul 6 are all going under for development of condos. Anyone else heard this?

According to that huge plaque out by the road, PVI is an historic site because it used to be Fairfax High School.

Can't even change the exterior, let alone tear it down.
