A perfect day and.....

..... nearly everyone I saw driving around today had their car windows up! Here is one perfect day out of the few we get during the year and hardly anyone had their windows down. There was no haze to be seen, not much car exhaust to smell, and the air outside was fresh for a change. Anybody lucky enough to be outside of a kubikal today but still in a car should have taken advantage of breathing outdoor fresh air for a change. So what do they know that I don't (and nothing about the cigarette smoke thread please)... should I just drive around with my windows up all the time?

There was no haze to be seen

I drove out to the Shenandoah valley for an Oktoberfest party this afternoon, and it was hazy as hell out that way, like it usually is out there. The air out there doesn't seem any different than it does here inside the beltway, so keep those windows rolled down Lasuena, you won't be disappointed. (?)

I kept the windows up while shopping so my dog wouldn't get out. Police came by to help.

i'll tell you i HAVE checked dogs for open windows - and every one i saw did have a opening - but i checked

It was so hot in the DMV that the ink on my drivers application smudged.
