When I switched to android I needed to re-download a lot of music that was itunes DRM (this was a few years back) because they wanted $ to remove the drm...and all I wanted was fucking generic mp3s for my android phone.
I used pirate bay and kickass torrents. You can get what you need from them, there are many others...just search the web for them.
Given that your ISP can track what you are doing, I would HIGHLY recommend a vpn service. I use Private Internet Access VPN

Since they vpn encrypts your data and masks your IP, your isp has no idea what you are doing. Sure a huge amount of data is being moved...you could be steaming a movie for all they know.
Like someone said above, scan your shit for viruses/malware.
