I have 2 court cases on 10-20-16

Hello Guys,

I have a question. I have two court cases on OCT 20. My first case is in the City of Fairfax for SPeeding. my second court case is in Fairfax county Court house for VIOL PROBATION OF MISD Off. Can I skip one?

You may want to get the speeding ticket case postponed to another day.

Why even ask? The Leiser Law Firm will take care of appearing on your behalf and making any scheduling adjustments if necessary. That's what they are paid to do. Make sure they know to send the bill to Sharon Moreno at 713 Riverview Ct, Sterling, VA. You don't want any more fraudulent bills like last time.

Call the traffic court tomorrow and ask for a continuance. Explain that you have another court case scheduled for that same day.

well seeing as your already there, there is only 1 courthouse in Fairfax... as for the speeding, worse case unless your a Really Bad Driver is to pay the fine.. duh

Monique is already a resident at the Fairfax ADC, so getting from one courtroom to another will be arranged by the Deputies.

The complication is that Mo also has to testify in Loudoun for the Moreno's case during that time period; transportation is already ordered by the court. They have to know what day she will be called and cross-examined.

Actually the City of Fairfax speeding case is probably at city hall on Armstrong Drive. The County probation violation would be at the county Judicial Center on Judicial Drive. Get a continuance on the speeding.
