Earlier today RedState reported about Senator Jeff Sessions' clownery in response to a question about whether uninvited genital grabbing constitutes sexual assault. Add another high profile Republican to the list of denying dimwits.

Republican National Committee Communications Director Sean Spicer is also perplexed by the complicated legalities surrounding the practice of grabbing random women by their lady parts.
