I doubt any of the conservative Republican business owners who hire them for cheap labor feel any guilt. Maybe if they stopped hiring the illegals, the illegals would stop coming.

Who hires them?

Who hires them? Many times it's no one -- they live on government assistance. Other times it's homeowners. In this county it's more likely they are democrats than republicans. Business owners face stiff fines for hiring them; it's unlikely they hire one who does not have the proper documents.

So every time I see some Mexicans mowing someone's yard, it's a Democratic household. Right.

They are not illegal. They have refugee status. Blame congress for granting that and blame RR for funding civil wars in Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua +. +, + in the 1980s.

It's illegal NOT to hire an applicant who has what appear to be "proper documents" simply because the person is Hispanic. So you fill out and file an I-9 and tell the applicant to show up for work in the morning. Hispanics after all are famous for working long hours at hard jobs and never complaining. I understand your ignorance to the subject, many of you think the same way. Do some research, read up on US involvement in central america in the late 70's,80's and 90's. Ready up on the bloody civil wars and death of innocent people in these central american countries, try to figure out why they decide to come here.

Were there many central american people living in the US prior to 1975? or even 1980? Its not hard to figure this out, mate.

When the Dems. took control of the Fairfax County Board of Supervisiors.

Also, Prince William tried to kick out all illegals, so the came up here, where they were welcolmed with open arms.
