There is a Black list, and to get on it you have to be Charged with Child Abuse... it also prevents you from working with Children or Elderly Adults, the person I am aware of on it, its for 19 years. But its not only Fairfax but any County in the Commonwealth.

You do realize that the blacklist of West Springfield and other Fairfax county Schools were all made up right? Anyone on the list of is and was added is completely innocent, it was all made up by a group of dumb insecure classmates of 2013 trying to frame other people for them on the list to look bad. This so called " West Springfield "blacklist" along with every other one that has been made should simply be removed and anyone who has contributed to it should be definitely banned from Fairfax Underground, that may help some people vent their feelings bit overall, it's NOT APPROPRIATE.

Well from what I know HIPAA does not apply to PD, Only Doctors offices, I know of a list (Black List) if you want to call it that, that Doctors, Police and Childcare facilities can access which does have Child Abusers on it. If you think your on a Hit list for the PD, maybe you are a little paranoid, I do know of a single officer who targets my neighbor because of a run in a few years back and will nail him for parking tickets because of the incident, but they are justified Tickets.

Really. I am a 58 year old disabled woman, who was abused as a disabled person.
