Illegals and immigrants in general have less access to things like contraceptives when they get here. They also do not have a habit of using them, because in many countries contraceptives are either a.illegal or b. not readily available. Illegals also don't usually have access to other things like cable tv, video games and other forms of entertainment. FUcking is the usual activity done for recreation. Also, you have the cultural aspect of it all. In many of these countries, life expectancy is low, so it's necessary to have as many kids as possible in order to ensure the household can still be maintained. Studies have shown that birth rates among immigrants level out once they become established and mimic those of white americans.

Most Latinos are Catholic and have been taught that abortion is wrong and some have been taught and believe that sex, while it feels good is only holy if it is done without contraception. The reason being is that contraception is taboo because it would contradict the commandment to "be fruitful and multiply".
