Has anyone been to the new Popeyes on Rolling Rd @ Old Keene Mill Rd????

Popeye's chicken has lost something. Years ago the spicy chicken was much more spicy, and the onion rings were spicy as well.

What happened?

The chicken is still good, but it just like KFC in many respects.

Went there last month, next to panera

Dining area is very small, not as good as their last place

Not a good idea to sit near the restrooms, which they place tables close to

I never go there unless I have coupons, family meal deals are too expensive , while side item portions shrink

They might want to move the flat screen TV in the rear left hand corner to another spot where customers can actually watch it

This has been a very useful thread. I thought Popeyes closed for good, no idea they moved over by Panera.

Did a Chipotle open there, also? I thought they were moving there, at some point.

Makes sense to NOT put Chipotle there, given one in either direction, 2 miles. Too close, for sure.

I personally like being able to slide right into the restroom for a quick after dinner dump.

It relocated from between CVS and Lidos to now location on the opposite side of Rolling Rd where Boardwalk used to be between Paneras and Subway
