Why is a major interstate closed at rush hour? Somebody have a fender bender? FFX county police shoot another speeder?

They are removing the tree/branches that is on the power lines.

I've give them some credit. They have a detour in place.
Most times I come to intersection and they block off the intersection with cones.
All that does is cause cars to make illegal U-turns at the next intersection and create a worse safety problem. I've seem a couple of bad near misses from people making the u-turns. Only matter of time before some one gets killed.
