Why in the fuck did they ban projectile fireworks? As long as you keep it out of kids and idiots hands there would never be a problem! This is liberal Americans keeping "scary" and "dangerous" things out of citizens hands, DAMNIT if I wanna have a grill with my neighbors and then light up the sky like its Iraq then I should! Why did they ban them in the first place, and do you think we'll ever get them back legal again?

1. They aren't banned. You can get a license to purchase and set them off.
2. You don't need a license to purchase them if you buy them directly from a vendor in PA or SC (they're the closest) However you could get them confiscated if caught.
3. They were restricted because of dumbasses blowing up/setting on fire structures and people that aren't involved in the festivities.
(As a ProudREPUBLICAN, I'm sure you don't want your precious tax dollars wasted on firefighters putting out house/forest fires set by idiots. You also probably don't want extra police investigating and uninsured idiots in the healthcare system.)
