several Ashburn persons now reporting Gun Theft

this is a twofold problem!

(1) obviously: guns in criminal hands

(2) could be a ring of illegal weapons sales

Suspict when: report of missing weapon (which are USUALLY out of sight / not easily grabbed) but not of other property which is

How? buy a gun, sell to perp, file a report saying gun was stolen. possibly even report it on homeowner insurance (some would!) it's gun smuggling.
