Mexican Gangs making their presence known

So I have seen several cars with TEMPLR## license plates being driven by individuals of Latino heritage in Fairfax County. The Knights Templar is a well known gang in Mexico. Guess VA DMV does not know this as they are allowing these fucks to get gang related license plates. Nice.

Maximum character combination for personalized plates is 7.

just checked and there are not plates that are TEMPLR[0-9]

This guy sounds like a big fat phony.
