Can you really make money off selling that stuff?

Are you serious? This has to be a troll.

That whole deal is a scam to get you to buy their knives and then sell their knives to your family and neighbors.

All while paying you squat.

A few years back, one of the Cutco sales guys put one of the knives to work killing his mother in Great Falls. Don't know if that's one of the advertised uses or if that helped his door-to-door sales pitch.

As a young man (~33 years ago), I sold (well, tried to sell) Cutco knives one summer (not in Fairfax County), and I bought the 'starter set' to demo. The poster above is correct: It's a total scam.

Funny thing, though: I still use those knives every day, and they work amazingly well.

This is not a game ... this is real life!

I know someone who used to sell Cutco. She didn't do it for long. But they do have quality cutlery, the table knives work better than steak knives, VERY sharp.
