i had the same issue exactly when i was trying to pay taxes i was later called late on
however that was infact only one of the many intentional delays that i encountered - complained of but was sent bullshit by VA workers - during my processing of that years DMV related taxes

NOTING however the same services - practically the same media (same web page content) had been working previously for SEVERAL YEARS and were changed to be not working just when democrats got in the scene

the logins for those sites are sometimes confusing, they are session based (i will not describe it but know). the gist is: you cannot hit the "back button" and the session may end unexpectedly due to various end of session conditions - that is the way it was when it was working
however: as i said: it became broken and not working - while after i upgraded and it worked "more" - it was still the same exact pages and access - and still not working %100. it was purely an obstructional.
the new does nothing the old didn't do already. these people are criminals hackers getting high pay and without reasonable care attacking other's ability to use online services: forcing upgrades on behalf of microsoft, causing situations where taxpayers become past due due to failed services and etc.
there aren't any excuses for it: from day 1 these systems had EASY WAYS for service providers to tell which web browser and what pages to deliver (html 2 pages (the same ones they already had) to older ones, html6 to microsoft tablet users, etc)
wonton neglect, absolutely irresponsible behavior by high paid gov workers

The Contact us page does not work even. Put in your info and wait as the bar trys to progress.. I pulled the plug when I saw the bit about make sure your computer does not have malicious software that wilol steal your info.. That's why thetre supposed to be a locked green bar on the address. waste of Tax money Yes ..At least this "Bogus Account Page" 1 month no Title Number..
