The suspect is described as a Middle Eastern man with a beard, eyeglasses, a red baseball hat, and brown trench coat, about 5' 10" tall, and approximately 25-30 years of age, according to police.-wednesday-afternoon

the banks in that area are corrupt
they hire people to "rob the bank", pay them off, then collect $$$ from the insurance company for robbery and or keep the cash claimed as missing
the best way to rob a bank is to work there.

that's why, also, there are revolving doors between fx co gov "accountants" (or fluff jobs with good pay) and jobs as "loan officers" at banks
and yes - it's highly illegal and is part of the employment contract of any loan officer NOT to do

FALLS CHURCH, VA -- A motel guest was held up at gunpoint Friday night by three masked suspects, according to the City of Falls Church Police Department.
At about 9:45 p.m. on Friday, May 6, three masked suspects wearing blue bandanas over their faces approached a man outside the Stratford Motor Lodge at 300 W. Broad St., police said in an announcement Wednesday morning.
All three brandished handguns and demanded the victim’s wallet, police said. They took his valuables and fled on foot. The victim, a motel guest, was not harmed, according to police.
In addition to the blue bandanas covering their faces, the suspects were also described as wearing black T-shirts and jeans, according to police. One suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male in his 20s, about 5’6” with dark hair; the second is described as a black male in his 20s, about 5’10”; the third is described as a black male in his 20s, about 5’11”.

“These violent gang members brutally murdered three men and attempted to murder a fourth,” said Dana J. Boente, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, in an announcement about the convictions.
“Extreme violence is the hallmark of MS-13, and these horrific crimes represent exactly what the gang stands for," Boente said
“The defendants terrorized our local communities with senseless, depraved acts of threats, intimidation and violence,”
A total of 13 defendants were charged in this case, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.
