Mexican Rest Where Buffolo Wing University Was

Does anyone know what it is? The sign is falling off.

Looks worse than BWU which is saying something.

I think it is the Punte d'Oro or whatever that was in the now empty shopping center that will be torn down to build the Scout on the Circle--if the developers ever actually get money.

BWU was not at Fairfax Circle. The Scout on the Circle [stupid name] will be in the shopping center that housed Hudson Trail Outfitters.
