Suspected Total Cyber Identity and Medical Records Theft - Craigslist Scam

I have been a victim of s craigslist scam. Advertising for a Christian woman for assistance with home project. When I realized I was being scammed, (the person was in my home)I called the Fairfax County Police,I explained that I was in the middle of a scam and asked them to tell the person to leave my home. They failed to do that. They were not educated on how to deal with this situation. Unfortunately, six weeks later person is still in my home.
