The victim was Bryan Vidarte, a West Virginia Univ student. Dont know much about why he was shot other than they were arguing and alchohol was involved. RIP

If you had read the entire thread, you would have seen that "murder" had a fairly even distribution of names.

I sincerely apologize for my ignorance in "stereotyping" names. I guess I just didn't realize that names like "Jose Ramirez Martinez" probably belonged to whitey, who is the devil.

obviously info is bound to be spread around but that isnt even in any regards to the case. and personally its just going to give people the opprotunity to judge when they shouldnt, not just because a life has been taken but yet three has. second degree murder, really. it was just a horrific situtation and im one WHO CAN SPEAK because i knew all three. and my heart is full of complete saddness.

Something tells me this all started when they were reading their bibles and got into a vigorous discussion about the interpretation of some passage in Romans or something. Suddenly, in the middle of all of it, a gun magically appeared out of nowhere and maliciously killed one of those poor innocent gentlemen to death!

After all, it's almost impossible to get permission to own a gun there!). As such, Mr. Nurse and Mr. Alvarado must take the fall so that the gun manufacturers can stay in business.

First of all, to understand what happened to Rasheed, you gotta understand who Rasheed was. Now Rasheed was born to a three-legged bitch of a mother. He was always ashamed of this, man. And then right after that he was adopted by this man, Tito Liebowitz he's a small time gun runner and a rotweiler fight promoter. So he puts Rasheed into training. They see Rasheed's good. He is damn good. But then he had the fight of his life. They pit him against his brother Nibbles. And Rasheed said "no man that's my brother, I can't fight Nibbles" but they made him fight anyway, and Rasheed, he killed nibbles. How is it being ignorant? What they did, all three of them, was incredibly stupid. It's not ignorant to point out that it's stupid to take a gun to a party and get into a fight with someone.

As a lawful, responsible gun owner, I am allowed to say that this was a dumb idea perpetrated by someone who didn't think there would be consequences to his actions, and is not ready to accept accountability for his actions, either. People like Rasheed are the reasons why there are gun control laws in the first place.

If I were in Rasheed's place right now, I'd tell my friends to stop trying to defend me because what I did was FUCKING STUPID.

Actually, my friends care about me enough that, if I tried to do something that dumb, they'd tell me, "Dude, that's a really dumb idea. Leave the gun behind."

This wasn't an accident.

1. If he walked into the party open-carrying, someone should have turned him around at the door, especially if there was alcohol.

2. If he was concealed carrying, he would need a permit to do so legally. Part of the permit requirements is a handgun safety course, and the one I went to was very explicit about "never draw your weapon unless you need to use it, and be sure of your target before you shoot."

If he didn't have a permit, then this is even worse.

Did his best buddy Bryan try to grab the gun out of his holster, and then a ruckus ensued and the gun accidentally discharged? If so, Bryan's just as guilty as Rasheed.

A bus driver's brakes failing and causing him to hit and kill a pedestrian is an accident. Taking a gun to a party and pulling it on someone or trying to wrestle a gun from someone else's holster is stupid, especially when alcohol is involved.

Hey, I'm sorry that someone died senselessly for no good reason, but there were many things in the hours leading up to it that many people could have done to avoid it, and they chose not to.

I know all three, bryan sheed and guillermo, and what happened was a very horrible incident. For all of you that are judging guillermo and sheed, shame on you. Yes , the had previous encounters with the police, but that still gives you no right to judge them. They made a mistake that they'll never be able to take back and now they are going pay for it. But all people (even you ignorant ones on this blog) make mistakes and learn from them, just because you havent made one as big as them [yet] doesnt make you any better. It's very sad that bryan had to lose his life over this but Im sure he took part in the situation escalating to where it did. My heart goes out to his family, rasheed's family, and guollermos. It sad that he is going to have to miss such an important part of his daughters' lives(guillermo). And my prayers go to bryans family sorry he was at the wrong place at the wrong time and now so many peoples lives have been changed for the worse because of this incident. And again to all the ignorant ones, the judging is not up to you, so just lives your lives the way your supposed to and make sure you do what is right and learn from your mistakes.

And also to those of you speaking of Boo taylor please let my friend rest in peace, most of you speaking on them did not know them, you just kno what you read and it angers me that you all are so evil hearted, but all i can do is feel sorry for you because i know my statements arent going to change your views. ill just pray for you all

You know, I only ever hear this "don't judge" speech from people trying to prevent a negative opinion about someone. You never hear the soup kitchen volunteer say, "Stop saying I'm a good person because I help feed the homeless," or the 9/11 firefighter saying, "Y'all don't have the right to call me a hero. Only God© can judge me." Hell, we have public opinion polls about our President. Should we not judge him by his actions, either?

No, it's always the friends and relatives of people who do bad things that say, "You don't have the right to judge." However, yes we do. Society places a stigma on people that do things like go to a party and murder someone or kill themselves/others by driving drunk. Anybody with half a brain (or even just a stem) will learn what NOT to do by watching people like Rasheed and Kelli and Boo.

I'm sure if Bryan was your son or brother or father, you wouldn't be going around telling people to stop judging Rasheed for what he did to Bryan. If you did, people would question how much you really cared about him.
