Where do I apply?
FCPS employees requesting per diem for days they didn't travel, inflated hotel rooms, fancy restaurants, massages, presents, etc.

– Fred Czerwonka entered into a $90,800 professional services contract in April 2013, prior to Dr. Czerwonka’s start date with the district in July 2013. The contract (believed to be for the Flip Flippen Group) was not approved by the board.

Who is this dude and why is he so popular?

Assholes are people dumb enough to hire a consultant to tell them what time it is when they already have a watch that could tell them for free.

Flip Flippen is an overpaid consultant who has trouble pointing out concrete results of his programs in schools. His claim to fame seems to be thr $10,000 fee he received for giving a one hour speech. Nice money if you can get it.
