I saw Robinson is hiring a new boys basketball coach. Any details? Comes as a surprise with such a reputable program.

My friend played for hess the past few seasons and this is stabbing soco in the back. Q transferred back and EJ came from LB to play for hess and he just up and leaves? He preaches trusting the process and being loyal - way to lead by example?

Hess didn't stab anyone in the back. Just a Father who has the opportunity to work closer to home and his kids. The move had almost nothing to do with basketball.

He told me that he used to coach with Westfield and Oakton's coaches. Should be familiar waters for him. Wishing him well even though he didn't even stick around for 4 years.

So who will get the South County job? Still a very good job that several varsity head coaches applied for last time.

To Stallion, remember Robinson is leaving the Concorde in the next year or two and will be in the same conference as South County, that will be fun.

So he moved to a school ten miles down the road. What a joke! He couldn't handle the athletes at Soco, and tried to slow them down with a boring style of basketball. He didn't build solid relationships with the kids, and left most of the off-season conditioning to the head football coach. Also, sent out an email to his players telling them he was leaving. Dude is a joke, and he'll fit in a Robinson very well lol!!
