She is not hot by any stretch of the imagination. However if she approached me I would use caution and obey her commands, especially if they involved removal of clothing.
By the way her hair looks aqua in the photo, not blue but more greenish.

why would she contact them if they are trying to seize her without a trial? (likely to force inject her with drugs for as long as the law allows and a bit more) ?
if she contacts me i'll help her suit them for endangernment of environment - which is a STRONG lawsuit in the court of law
