Why does FCPS make their emergency announcements so complicated?

Why can't the fcps.edu website just simply say 2 hour delay?

They can then put their logic bellow. No one has 4 hours to read a complicated paragraph with multiple sentences just find out that there is a two hour delay. It's like you need the maya code just to get basic sense of what they trying to say?

The FCPS "leadership" thrives on being huge, and insists on making "county-wide" decisions. Everything has to be the same in South County, Annandale, Great Falls, and Clifton.

Then they can put all their liberal gender identity sensitive logic for the 2 hour delay here. They can even use this format!
