National Weather Service Forecast Updated at 635p for zip code 22030. Peak conditions will be at 8am with winds at 25-26 mph and gusts at 40 mph.

Calm down. It’s not going to be the biggest storm we’ve had.

The media speaks of the storm in broad terms and we listen in narrow.

I meant that’s what the media is saying and why everyone is getting so hyped. People hear "70 mph gusts” and the "biggest storm” on the news and get freaked out.

It’s almost over. If Fairfax stays in that dry track all the way to the bottom of it, we may not have any more snow than we have right now. Hahahaha!
