Looks like the snow from this storm will be over sooner than later.

14 inches at DCA at 7:00 AM. Heavy snow all day today and well into the night. 25 doesn't seem all that far away.

Looks like the I-270 corridor got the most.

Typically IAD ends up with bigger numbers than DCA, but you can count on several things to come to pass here --

1. If the storm falls short of what somebody thought was predicted, there will be whining that liberal alarmists totally screwed up and plainly can't be trusted.

2. If the storm exceeds what somebody thought was predicted, there will be whining that liberal alarmists totally screwed up and plainly can't be trusted.

3. There are no conditions under which it will be conceded that liberal alarmists actually did quite a good job of forecasting the scope and magnitude of the storm.

Bottom line: There WILL BE whining over something, and whatever it ends up being will be all the fault of liberal alarmists. This is simply the mantra of the right-jaded media and their pathetic hordes of mindless screamers. Facts won't change a thing. All the conclusions were already foregone quite a long time ago.

Right-jaded media? When did that happen?
