If I had to guess I think that it's more likely that the case is that it's permitted for that activity but doesn't have to be. Permitting doesn't really work that way. Some particular business activities are permitted, the permits don't require that. The general zoning would be as one of the commercial classifications.

Why kick the out this or future strip clubs. Its not like the nearby neighborhood is any great shakes.

I don't think its an issue of it has to be.

Its more likely a situation of that property -can be- (something that is rare in Fairfax (at least as far as "strip clubs" go)).

So it transitions from on strip club to the next. My guess is that if it stays closed for a while, whatever exemption exists would be lost.

If anyone goes here and actually wants to help the girl or likes the girl ask her before the waitress gets there if shes thirsty so you know how to answer. (that will save you money) and if you get a timed dance dont go higher than 15 min anything else is just a waste of her time and yours unless you plan to get wasted and suckered into supporting that club into treating the girls like slaves. Did you know they literally have to pay to see the outside. Oh and they have been known to get on the cooks about throwing out food even if its bad and the kitchen is filthy. They have a short window if they close to keep the Adult Zoning, they almost lost it before Paper Moon. The restrictions in VA are so tight with ABC laws so they are limited as to the Activity Level. We went with some friends which is the first time I had ever been in there and was astounded at the Prices, and it makes it harder when you don't drink Beer, All the prices where $7.00 soda or Beer with a $20.00 cover for the men.

I tried to help her out.. let her and her son live with me.. she left her son with me for 7 fucking weeks while she was out smoking and shooting drugs.. she needs to either get help or shes going to die.. thank god her son is normal and has no complications due to her drug abuse during pregnancy!

I've only been to PM's a few times and I found the whole experience to be very exciting and exhilarating to say the least.
