Does anyone know about those $39 for 1 hour massage signs I am seeing all over the place lately? Are those set up by the cops as sting operations for catching dudes trying to get a quick rub n tug?

I have seen the signs all over the Seven Corners and Annandale area. Seems too good to be true to me. In what non third world country can you get an hour massage for 40 bucks? Sounds fishy to me. I would stay away guys. Or if they offer you the happy ending just say no!
