Who actually takes the time to remove a shopping cart from a store, walk it up the road, and then randomly leave it there for no apparent reason? Can someone phase explain this odd phenomenon?

They are considered stolen property. Some stores will pay you a bounty for bringing them back though.

This is a new method of opening a store. First they drop off a few shopping carts to draw attention, and then the build the store around the few carts left at the selected location.

I've seen them do it. Mostly niggers and a few Hispanics and white trash. They come out of the store and walk home. So they don't have to carry the bags, they just take the cart with them and then abandon it when they close to their house. Really, its nothing more than typical nigger shit. The same mentality that causes niggers to drive in front of a store, park in front of a no parking sign instead of a parking space ten yards away, and go into the store with their emergency lights on.

Asians park their minivans right in front of the store door and turn their flashers on. If I walk by and see them I will yell "chop chop" to get a reaction.
Asians should stick to shopping at Super H or whatever it is, nigs should make the treck into Anacostia where that type of thing is the norm.

I agree that police never stop the niggers when they illegally park in front of stores. I guess they feel its not worth their time, but its just another example of niggers doing whatever they want. If the cops would start ticketing them, they would stop. Yes, of course they would cry racism, but what else is new? Just ticket the niggers and teach them a lesson about not being above the law.
