How come a known arrest from last October is not showing up under a persons name? How do you get it listed?

How do you delete an arrest of a non conviction and expungement?

You can not delete an arrest record. An arrest is permanent. Whether or not the person is guilty the arrest still happened. That's why on employment forms they ask if you have be convicted.

Showing up where? There aren't any official police records here, just a weekly dump from what the police publish. You can get it listed by calling the cops and telling them to arrest the person. Just make sure they are county officers... if the arrest you are looking for was a city or state cop the arrest won't show in the county cop records.

Yup. My one traffic ticket in Herndon doesn't show up on the FFX Co. ticket search.

That was the point. Only traffic tickets issued by FC police will show up in the FC ticket search.
