The Concilium is extremely displeased with recent affairs regarding members of the N.E.S.T. Coterie. As of March 2015 our *Sextae* rules were:

1.) Members cannot engage in any activity that may result in being charged with a misdemeanor or felony.
2.) Members must have parental permission if underneath the age of 13.
3.) Members can not be over the age of 18.
4.) Members must know at least 4 programming languages and be fluent in English, Spanish and one other Asian language.
5.) Under no circumstances can the Concilium vote to remove or initiate a member under the age of 13 without the consent of PR0D16Y or myself.
6.) Household income of members must be above 150k.(There may be few exceptions)

Unfortunately the Concilium as well as PR0D16Y and myself have come to realize at least two more rules need to be added.

7.) No drinking, smoking or drugs are allowed. (Even if you reside in an area where they have become legalized)
8.) Members must have a GPA above 4.0

The new set of rules will be specified as the *Ocatae*
