Just read in the local newspapers here that since 2001 the local Indian American (meaning India and Pakistan) growth in Loudoun County is 750%.
According to that same census, the overall Asian population in Fairfax County has climbed more than 50% since 2000.
This accounts for more than 1/5th of the county residents.
Your thoughts?

It's likely most are filling tech jobs. If they are filling jobs with specific skillsets that NoVa residents aren't filling or other American's don't want to move to this region for, I have no problem with it. I'm in the industry & if the industry is growing & I'm making more money because of it, let them keep coming.

The Indians and Asians have to be imported because none of your snot nosed kids studied programming. To many Liberal Arts Majors. Pakkis make excellent kabobs and the 7-11s won't run themselves, I know no other use for Pakkis.

In this area, Saturday night at Costco's or Walmarts for the Indian shoppers is equivilant to a trip to Vegas for them. It's a celebrated family event and free appetizers and food sampling.
