Removal of Leaves - Clean Yards & Gutters

Leaves have finished falling from the these in our neighborhood here in Centreville. The rules of our HOA (I am the President of my HOA) require that all leaves, and tree debris be removed from each home owners property no less than 36 hours after the tree have stopped shedding their leaves.

I will begin inspecting the neighborhood for violations, and issuing fines.

Because leaves do blow around, my HOA understands that it is impossible to remove 100% of the leaves. Here is the judgment criteria:

Properties with a leaf coverage greater than 1.75% will be assessed a $150.00 fine plus process fee of $75.00

Gutters un cleaned will be assessed the same fine.

Violation of both will assessed the fine of $150.00 X 2 + Process fee of $75.00

You can take those leaves and shove them up your ass if you want them off my lawn!

Another extortion tactic by the HOA- next they will fine us for the snow. Sidewalks being shoveled, I get that. But they will fine us for there being footprints in the snow in the grass or building a snowman as being "Damage"

FUCK THE HOA! Enforce the trash laws...or the color of the house... or parking problems...but not an act of GOD!

Centerville HOA you guys are such slackers...

if you lived closer to the beltway you could charge more for your fines...

we charge that much when they leave a trsh can out more then 24 hours.

Oh, if you build a snowman, and its not 100% white clean snow, Ie no dirt, leaves or yellow snow, we knock it down and then fine you.
