i beleive developers in my area have and still are building on land that is "community land" (1980's law, 1/2 of purchased land must be community land to provide wooded boundry)

the community land is the size of all lots but surrounds the neighborhood (wooded), by law

but today developers i think are building on it and without compensating the very $$$$ land to owners of homes in who FLAT OUT OWN THE COMMUNITY LAND

i want my land parcel you had best fucking beleive it

==

problem? the people who are stealing it are likely the same gov workers who are responsible for insuring land is not stolen.

problem? fx co gov changed the law i think, and have TWO LAND RECORD deptartments and are allowing DIGITAL CHANGES uploaded by internet

fx co gov has specifically intended to "leave the bank door open" to people attempting land theft - and i think are "in on it"

If this is happening, someone found a way to allow it to happen, AND that person found ways to spread the money generated around to his 'friends' (co-workers, people necessary to get the deals done) and himself. With the exception of a very few religious nutbags, EVERYTHING in the world comes down to MONEY. (The vast majority of people who act like religious nutbags are doing it because that's the path to the MONEY.)

Did you take them to court? If not, that's why they are doing it. You allowed it.
