Not a thing. They have to pay to work there since being a bartender at Glory Days in Burke is such a high and esteemed privilege.

I've been to two of the Glory Days locations and their employees generally seem pretty cheerful/happy compared to compareable resturants. They do stuff like hold the front doors open for you when you walk in and walk out. Good service overall. I also like how they sponsor local sports teams. Seems like a respectable place to work to me.
