Looking for kinda steep and windy roads.

I live in the Chantilly area. I am looking for some roads that are kinda steep and windy for drift triking. If you don't know what it is look it up on youtube. It would be nice if the road was not that busy but beggars cant be choosers.

Kirby is a good choice. I will follow up with Georgetown Pike starting out at 123.

What the fuck does the wind have to do with it? I could see winding roads but windy roads makes no sense.

Forget anything around here. Try going to Thurmont, Md. and take a left on 550 like you're going towards Ft. Richie. The mountainous roads are great and the
curves are banked. I used to ride this route a long time ago on a 350cc
Honda motorcycle and it's quite an experience. Best to be there at daybreak
on a Sunday morning when there's little or no traffic. Have spotters at the
start and the end to cover your ass. I used to wonder what it would be like
to go there on a skateboard but never got around to it.

It's hard enough dealing with bikes on these roads, let alone your stupid contraption. This is a good way to get killed, kid. STAY OFF THE ROADS.

Hello Hipster OP....perhaps instead of doing kick-Ass spinouts on the "Green-Machine" we put on the big boy pants, take that long walk out of mom's basement to the bus stop and go look for a job.

You need to find an empty parking lot, not a road.

I agree with the poster who said I did this as kid. Yes, me too.

When I was a kid 4-7 years old we had big wheels. Many Big Wheels were ruined by scrapping the plastic off the wheels on the blacktop.

A parking lot gets old. thats why im looking for a road. I know many Big Wheels were ruined by scrapping the plastic off the wheels on the blacktop. I have go kart wheels on the back and 10"PVC pipe. The pipe is about 1/4" thick.

I've longboarded all over ffx and Loudon and it's safe to say there isn't anything special in Fairfax. Around Leesburg a lot of the neighborhoods have nice 10% grades but locals call the cops pretty damn fast. DC has a hill around rock creek that gets a bit if attention. But you really have to venture into the blue ridge mountains to get the good shit. Also check out findhills.com

I did this 40 years ago with a big wheel that for some reason put a 20" bike fork and 20" bike tire in the front when I was a kid. I think I did this because the front wheel was worn through from spinning the front wheel on the pavement.

Used to live in Arlington and would go down some of the streets off Old Dominion near Marymount University. Also an area near Chain Bridge of off Glebe Road.

Unfortunately I did not have a tow vehicle, so I had to walk to the top of the hills but it was worth the ride down the hills.

These were the days long before social media, digital video camera and extreme craziness. I was probably in 5th or 6th grade at the time?

Kind of funny how I was no the leading edge of this activity and did not even know it.

I totally agree. I've ridden that road on a motorcycle many times and it's great!

Go over into Maryland, driving laws are so much more relaxed if you are caught driving spiritedly.

Take the first exit into MD right after the Legion bridge, there are some really nice roads of MacArthur Blvd and Clara Barton Pkwy
