It's the Supreme Court. There are only Jews and Catholics -- arguably the most disgusting religious groups in history -- on our Supreme Court. What the fuck!? We need at least a few Protestants, a Scientologist, Mormon and Muslim. Fucking disgusting.

May have to pack the Supreme Court, Roosevelt style, to accomodate all the religions.

OR, just pick 9 atheists.

Everybody's an atheist with respect to Zeus or Thor or Osiris or any of thousands of other gods. Why not dispense with one last fairy tale?

Atheists on the court would be the best possible outcome.

It's got nothing to do with religion. It's about whether the justices can do the job the Constitution gives them or the shit we have now.

Case and point - John Roberts. He gets it. Obamacare may have been a totally shitty law, but he defers to Congress on the laws they pass, shitty or not. We need more John Roberts and less Ruth Bader Ginsbergs.

but religion informs everyone's opinions on social issues -- marriage equality, abortion, all of that. get rid of the arbitrary bullshit and those issues are easily resolved

I think we need a transgendered Thorian.

Too long the Supreme Court has been the exclusive domain of the Genitalia Nazis. Vagina or Penis...Vagina or penis. It's all the same. Meanwhile those of us who have transitioned from male to female or female to male or male to female to intersex are left out in the cold.

A transgendered Justice who appreciates the majesty of Thor's Hammer would be my pick.
