2 days ago there was a man screaming at some drivers in middle of the road at the intersection of Route 123 and Braddock Road. I am concerned cause he was cursing and he was holding up the lane.

The mad guy's reaction was over the top. But it sounds like the kid walked right out in front of him on a major, high speed road - a real Darwin move. The man had to swerve to avoid hitting him and as a result the guy came damn close to slamming into a metal beam. He could have been killed and that kid could have been killed. Mangled bloody road meat.
Considering what could have happened, dropping a few f bombs on that kid seems pretty light. It was an f bomb worthy event.

Studies show that the average teenager is 17x smarter than the average Jeep driver. So it is unlikely that the kid was even a little bit at fault. More likely is that the fatty in the Jeep overreacted/panicked for no legitimate reason, and directed his anger at the kid rather than confront his own inner inadequacies. :-)

The pedestrian was more than halfway across the street. How could the pedestrian walk in front of the jeep when he’s in the middle of the road? The jeep must have been going too fast and if there is a bend in the road and trees or brush along the bank, maybe he couldn’t see the crosswalk. Maybe he was in a hurry. Maybe just before getting to the intersection, he was jumping in and out of lanes to get ahead of people and he cut over at the last minute; going to fast; not able to see crosswalk; adrenaline flowing cause he’s late or whatever; and then WHAAATTTCH OOOOUUUTTT!
