Medical Emergency in Fairfax County VA

The CDC is issuing an emergency warning. A spike in new VD infections 44.3 times the national average has been recorded in the county. Victims of the particularly virulent strain are 11 and 16 year boys. Negros are twice as likely to be infected. Victims frequently present at the ER muttering "Damn Michelle Takaoka" to anyone who will listen.
