Just look at the size of the Arlington School system and the dollar amount per student that is spent. Much easier to do a good job when you have a much higher dollar per child available.
Overall their facilities are outrageously over the top fancy.
I went to high school back in the day in Arlington and the facilities were OK, but no where as old and out of date as FCPS. Many of the FPCS facilities are over 50 years old and have only been partially updated, classrooms are too small, technology is out of date. FCPS is a generation behind where they should be and they clearly need to overhaul their administration.
Oh well.
