Nude Tribal African on the side of FFX County Parkway!

Did any one see the nude tribal african on the side of FFX county parkway southbound by popes head road? Right as I was passing by the cop grabbed him and threw him on the ground, there was also a fire truck there. About 200 yards before that I saw a fairfax county 'government worker' car parked with it's flashers there.

I shit you not when I say this guy was fully nude with yellow body paint

It was just a cultural misunderstanding, that's all. Some parts of Fairfax do look like the third world so it could be easy to make a mistake as to where one is at.

I was coming home from somewhere around 2am on a friday i think and i was on 66 heading east on 66 from centreville, i get right after fairoaks mall and i see some dude walkn along the side of the road in the middle near the median, and as i am approaching him he points somthn at me looked like a gun i lunched out and got my swerve on.. this is relevant to the thread beacuse he was African!
