Some one on this site recommended that I go there for ammo. I did. they were low on 9mm JHP and 38 special JHP. BUT.... the shop was awesome! the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. the selection was awesome!. free coffee and munchkins. lots of accessories. it was worth the drive out to Manassass. what a great place. i would recommend this place to anyone.

The owner, Bernie, is a cool guy. They were the only ones too that keep the Tavor in stock.

Everytime I've been in there I've seen jacked up prices..

For instance

Zastava N-PAP AK there: $1100
Zastava N-PAP AK on gunbroker: $600 (+$40 transfer fee & $30 shipping)

This was a few years ago, but still. A big difference.

Did get a Sig P226 there at pretty close to market.

Moral of story.. shop around.

Is this a real gun shop, or does it have more of the "Call of Duty: I play video games" vibe of Nova Armament?

It is a real firearms store. They sell a lot of supplies to the local law enforcement agencies.
