Heavy police presence at Safeway in Fairfax Towne Shopping Center

I noticed that there was heavy police presence at Safeway in Fairfax Towne Shopping Center near Fair Oaks Mall and they were searching a young man's car. Anybody know what happened?

The cops set up a controlled buy in the parking lot. I saw a similar bust go down a few years back in the shopping center near my house.
