so I was driving on route 7 yesterday and some woman was tailgating the hell out of me, (i was doing about 60 mph) and next thing you know, she pulls beside me and tries to run me off the road. Without a doubt I went in back of her and started honking, and she tries to slam her brakes so I'd run into her.

We need to work together and get these people off the road

So its okay for you to tailgate her and blow the horn, but not okay for her to be aggressive? How about we work together to get you off the road?

What exactly are you telling people to do? Let's say I see her on the road, then what? Call the cops? Something else? I don't get the point of posting someone's license plate and description.

Of all the thousands of drivers I see on a daily basis, I will remember to be on the look out for a woman driving an Audi SUV as she is the only aggressive driver on Route 7.

No, I'm not going to take your advice; I always tailgate and flash my lights for people that cruise in the left lane, and YES I do brake for the people that retaliate. Not just hit the brakes, but slam hard enough my ABS comes on. Their reaction is priceless, especially the semi-truck drivers.

I personally hope you run across that woman day after day.

Yup, sounds like two aggressive drivers who took out their aggression on each other. And one of them thinks he can "one up" the other by posting her info on some forum. Pretty pathetic.

I'm not sure that ignorant is really the right word here.

Post the license # on craigslist. More people will see it. I did this once with some douche in a Hummer. Someone looked it up and got the guys name, address, ssn... I'm sure he is still dealing with the consequences.

Get used to driving in NoVa. A few years back I was driving myself down to Florida to meet the fam, and the ONLY place which I was almost run off the road twice, flicked off, and honked at, was here in NoVa. The rest of the 1,000 Mile Journey was relatively peaceful.

I've even managed to travel throughout all of VA without a problem, then on the way home at 3AM, I managed to be tailgated, honked at, and high-beamed by a Utility Van on their way to work in NoVa. NoVa drivers have issues, but even worse are the infestive maniacs known as Marylanders (For every whacked out VA driver I've ever run into, I've managed to come across at least three or four MD ones).

MD drivers are worse than NOVA drivers for sure.

But NO ONE compares to DC drivers. They have no problem blowing their horns, using their brights, and cutting people off, yet they always drive in the left lane doing 5 MPH less than the speed limit, always change lanes with no signal, and wait till the last minute to merge on the interstate.

If some bimbo or bastard is tailgating you, either move to the right as is the law to allow overtaking traffic or pass, or if you are not in the left lane then slow down to the speed limit (by letting off the gas, not by braking) to encourage them to pass you and move on to bother someone else. Problem solved as far as you are concerned and you can move on with your life.

LOL Washtone....there is some Islamic school near Springfield Mall, and every day I see the women covered head to toe driving their children to that school. I don't know how they drive wearing that, you can't see anything.

I speed, I cut in and out of lanes, and if you're in the left lane doing 70 in a 35 and I want past you, you better get the fuck outta my way (or I'll sit there and be really really angry). However, I've never been in an crash or caused one. Please do not kick me off the roads. I need my job!!!
