speeding ticket on Saturday

Cope give me a speeding ticket on Saturday and its still not on the site. did I win? the thing is it wasn't electronically written ticket so I should of been on the site by now right?

They have up to 48 hours to put it on the site or else you're off free and don't need to worry about it. Consider yourself lucky.
