There have been times in D.C. history when it is best just to stay out, and places to stay away from. Example Southeast D.C., MLK Blvd, Barry Farms, and areas around "The Big Rocking Chair"
The times when it has been bad enough to stay out were in 1968 riot season, the crack wars of 1990 -1991, and today.
So for this reason I choose to stay here in Northern Virginia, spend my money in Northern Virginia, and not venture into D.C., PG County, and "Planet Baltimore"
If you choose to serve yourself up, and become the next homicide, please feel free to do so.
