I wonder about how he was going the wrong way also. The article mentions that there have been two other wrong way accidents on that 7 mile stretch of interstate. Something is clearly wrong there and it needs to be investigated. It also says that Texas leads the nation in wrong way crashes. This needs to be looked into ASAP.

Horribly sad.
