for those of you who didn't know:
use of tax money to make a library a source of free digital products for government worker profit illegal
use of VA tax money sent out of state to a "shell company" (run by mexico) in Ohio to provide "digital service" which NO ONE CARES ABOUT AND WONT USE, also illegal
on and on: this is one more instance of gov workers funnelling money and should not be over looked
the use of Netflix's trade name to sell government non-competitive products: illegal

I'm pretty sure the DOLLAR VOTE asked for faster AT&T speeds for googling on iPhone - not Arlington "gov deals" awarding unknown firms in Ohio with hispanic names to offer questionable digital services using site located special equipment.
That's what you get when you allow government to inflate the economy with any ticket they'd sign for: another country in your country signing for anything except what would possibly work.
