Took my wife, baby, and toddler to Celebrate Fairfax today. Pretty decent, albeit the whole day with tickets and lunch set us back $80 or so. Not bad though; our 2-year old got to play on a moon bounce, climb into fire trucks, pet animals at the petting zoo, and chow down on some very decent eats.

We'll probably get more of our money's worth once our kiddos are older; there were tons of rides we couldn't take advantage of.

Tomorrow's the last day. I'd encourage anyone whose on the fence to come on out!

$80 is pretty steep for a shitty "celebrate unwanted Diversity".

That's $20 per person...food and rides? Not bad.

The Fairfax Fair is always a big ripoff. There are tons of free fares in the area like the Herndon Festival where you don't even have to pay $15 to just enter.

The high entrance fee keeps the undesirables OUT

I saw mostly white people at the event, police presence was strong, very safe, pretty well organized, makes the South Riding Fair look like child's play.

I admit it's very pricey, but if you did not have an entrance fee, it would basically become a zoo with niglets running wild and spics killing eachother MS-13 style.

All the middle and high school kids were there and they were loud and all the girls dressed like absolute sluts, You would of thought it was some Halloween Playboy Party

Its pretty sad that you have to deal with traffic and pay an admission fee to avoid minorities just to go go somewhere with your family. Tell me again what is so great about living in such a shithole as FFX?

Precisely, and if you look at the Fairfax City Police Reports on
Daily Crime Bulletin and the Weekly Arrest Report you'll notice
all sorts of whackjobs with no fixed address are roaming the streets
and doing offensive things.

I didn't realize so many White people attended. Damn, I should have gone knowing the cheap Asians and mid-easterns would not have attended.

When it WAS the Fairfax Fair, it was affordable for all families in NOVA and we had zero diversity. Those of us who lived here then refer to this as "the good ol' days".

As the brown, savage, illegal mud-people flooded into the area, the entrance fees were sharply increased in order to maintain the rich heritage of a whites only event.

Please describe "decent eats".

For $20/person it better be more than hotdogs and burgers.

Oh, it was. They had some award winning BBQ restaurants with booths there, which is where we got our food. Their was plenty of fair fare, but their were plenty of premium offerings too.

Not to mention donuts cooked onsite.... :)

I got "steak on a stick", and it must of been rat meat, that shit was the toughest, nastiest piece of meat I've eaten since my ex.

I call it the "asphalt fair" ..used to think it was pretty stupid to have a fair in a parking lot

Ive been going to the PW Fair for years since I was a little kid with my dad. If you want to see a true collection of Americas rejects and mutants, that is the place.
